FluidPro supplied plate heat exchangers and pumps for a 19-storey Premium Grade commercial office tower located on Perth’s Elizabeth Quay waterfront in the Perth CBD. It includes 4,600 co-working spaces, supported by conference facilities, business lounges, concierge services, and premium end-of-trip facilities.
This building was detained to meet leading sustainability and wellness benchmarks, achieving:
- 6 Star Green Star Design Review rating
- International Well Building Institute’s WELL pre-certification
- NABERS Energy 5.5 stars Designed rating
- Targeting NABERS Water 4 stars rating
This project joins Cbus Property’s $6.6. billion carbon neutral office portfolio across Australia, reinforcing a strong focus on long-term environmental performance and operational efficiency. From the outset, the customer was focused on ensuring energy efficient heat transfer and fluid circulation that would perform reliably over the long term, selecting a proven solution designed to deliver durability, efficiency, and consistent performance over the life of the building.
FluidPro’s involvement
Given the project’s PCA Premium Grade classification, sustainability ambitions and long-term operational requirements, FluidPro’s products were selected to support efficient thermal energy transfer and reliable fluid circulation across the building’s service systems. These solutions were engineered to align with the project’s performance, reliability and sustainability goals.
FluidPro was engaged to manufacture and supply products to support mechanical services within the building, including:
- 2 x A6 Series Plate Heat Exchangers
- 15 x Pumps
This project highlights FluidPro’s capability to support large-scale, Premium Grade commercial developments with engineered thermal and fluid handling solutions that align with both sustainability targets and long-term operational requirements.
