Safely and effectively heat the contents of your Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC), without compromising on safety, quality or the integrity of your product.Blending viscous products can often require heating them first, and maintaining a consistent temperature to sustain the viscosity required. It is crucial to find a solution that will not melt or damage your IBC, or contaminate your product.A unique heating solution in the Australian market, FluidPro’s custom IBC hot boxes provide a safe and controlled heating environment. Unlike other solutions, such as heating jackets, the FluidPro hot box requires no direct contact with the IBC itself, reducing the risk of melting or warping your tote tank. Instead, your IBC sits inside the hot box, which features heating elements to help achieve desired temperatures of up to 70°C. The result is efficient, fast flow of viscous materials, for greater ease of agitation and blending.
